What We Play
We play music from the
Republic of Macedonia and
thereabouts. A lot of different
kinds of music from this tiny
country.
We play a lot for dance. But
we can play a nice
entertainment in the corner of
your cafe.
When we play for dancers,
we play in the middle of the
circle of dancers. (The
clarinet and accordion have
radio microphones, and if we
have a singer with us, he or
she has a radio microphone
too.) The drum don't need no
microphone.
This is exciting for the
dancers, but it's a big
advantage if you are running
an evening with multiple
bands. We hook up to the
sound board while the
previous band is playing on
stage. As soon as they finish
and take their applause, we hit
it!
